Skateboarding has been a popular sport among adrenaline enthusiasts for decades, with each coming decade spawning more excitement for the sport. Having the right gear can mean all the difference in competition, so skaters are urged to find the footwear that conforms to them best. One contender, the Nike Dunk, is a leading choice in skateboarding shoes.

Nike Dunks aren’t new to the shoe scene, as they have been around for decades. The Nike Dunk was first created as a general sports shoe, usually geared towards basketball, that offered good support and also looked good in the process. But something interesting happened along the way: skateboarders soon found that the shoes were excellent for skating thanks to the sturdy design the Dunk offered.

The Nike SB Dunk is the creation of the Nike development department, who wanted to create a shoe geared towards to skaters. This line of shoes offers more support for balance-intensive situations, and usually has a wider "tongue" on the shoe than other types of shoes. Youth everywhere started buying up the Nike SB Dunk upon its release, and it is still being sold today.

10 Things a Man needs for a Successful Relationship

    By Vincent | January 8, 2009

    by katie George

You see a spider! Do you squish it or jump up and down doing your best cheerleader impression? Hopefully, you know the correct answer to this hypothetical scenario but being a man means different things to different people depending upon their point of view. That said, our basis of "being a man" typically comes from the societal norms of what women want a man to be. After all, they are the ones that hold most of the control in a relationship so this article is devoted to a woman’s perspective of what her man should be able to do. Warning, guys you might not like some of this but if you can do 8 out of 10 of these, you should be in good shape with your better half.

    1. Be a listener, not a problem solver. When your lady speaks to you, listen to what she says and the tone of her voice, her mannerisms, and any other signals available to accurately gauge her emotions. Women do not expect you to solve their problems, but they expect you to understand their plight. So keep your Home Depot Mr. Fix It persona in check and pay attention to her.

    by Elias Riftinger

Okay all you manly men you, jewelry is not only for women any longer. David Beckham has become world wide famous for his amazing skills as a soccer player, however, he is also famous for something else. David Beckham is also a jewelry designer.

He has made his mark in the world of men’s jewelry and this is quite the accomplishment. He was the first man to wear diamond earrings that were two diamonds each. He is taken so seriously in the world of design, culture, and what’s hot, that it was taken seriously. It allowed men to become more interested in jewelry.

His first attempt as a designer came at his pre-World Cup party. It was there that he put his men’s jewelry on an incredible display. However, he could not do this alone. He was helped by Ashley Cole who is England’s full back. He arrived in style, wearing a dinner jacket and no shirt underneath. Instead of a shirt, Cole displayed pieces of men’s jewelry.

3 Incredibly Effective Ways to Attract Women

    By Vincent | December 27, 2008

    by Mary Bush

Do you consider yourself unlucky in love? Does it feel like every time you hit on a girl you actually repel her? Do you feel nervous and shy every time a beautiful girl walks in a room? Believe it or not, these are very common concerns that many average guys have. It’s not too late. Read on and you will find out how you can go from a geek to an outstanding playboy.

First you need to realize that women are very complex creatures and not easy to read. But once you learn their basic tricks you will have no problems when trying to attract them. When talking to a girl, make her feel really special. As if she is the only person in the world. Look straight in her eyes and keep all your attention to her. Women love that type of treatment, when they feel they are exclusive. And they deserve that! But don’t exaggerate. You do not have to be extremely nice, or she will step all over you.

Have a sense of humor. Even if you are having a serious conversation, it’s always good to throw in a little joke once in a while. Girls are very attracted to guys that can talk about important, intense subjects, but can also make them laugh.

    Mens Hair Care

    By Vincent | December 12, 2008

    by Jennifer Summers

There are a lot of mens hair products available to buy on the market today, and it is often not so easy to know which range you should choose, and which product from that range is the best one for your hair and the one you should be using. It is highly recommended that you use a high quality premium brand hair product for men as this usually guarantees good results. Here are the four best ranges of mens hair products you can find:

Pashana - * Pashana American Bay Rum Hair Lotion: Originally from the West Indies, traditionally uses aromatic oil distilled from Bay leaves soaked in pure Bay Oil and Rum. * Pashana Eau de Quinine Hair Tonic: Quinine, known for its curative properties, is derived from the Chinchona Bark found in South America where it is used as a local anaesthetic and in hair tonics and sunscreen preparations. * Pashana Eau de Portugal Hair Tonic: An excellent finishing product for normal to dry hair that also helps to invigorate the scalp, formulated from an original Portuguese recipe.
