5 Reasons Why You Should Start Running Part 1

Categories: Men's Health

That running is good for you isn’t news. But it is though, it’s quite boring, nasty weather and I could find another dozens of reasons not to run. But running is good for you and if you want to take care of your body and get into shape, running is absolutely a good way do it.

Here are the first 5 reasons why you should start running.

Your Heart

Getting your heart pumping a little faster for let’s say 30 minutes every day, will do miracles for your body and health. Training your heart and strengthening your cardiovascular system will lower your pulse while resting and sleeping. It will help you fight the stress during the day.

Strengthening of Your Bones.

Modern-Men-Running-pic1When just sitting all day long, at the office, in the car, in front of the TV, we allow our bones to grow weaker. But if you run regularly, they meet resistance, which will lead to stronger bones and a better physique.

Slimmer Waistline

Running uses lots of energy and this energy is used most round the waistline. Especially when you do extra workouts while running up the stairs or running up a hill.

The I can do it feeling!!!

Running can be a real drag and a real pain in the ass (literally).  But nothing will beat the feeling once you’ve reached the time goal of the trim you’ve just set although traffic was ruff and it was raining the whole course.

You will feel stronger.

Your foot might ache. You feel tired. It rains and the wind is blowing in the wrong direction. But you’ve finished your workout and in a good time. You will feel if no one can hurt you.

Next week ill be publishing the next 5 tips. Have a great workout!
