5 Reasons Why You Should Start Running Part 2

Categories: Men's Health

I hope you enjoyed our first article with the 5 reasons why you should start running because here are another 5 reasons why you should start.

Yes, I will and I can!

Ok, I won’t lie to you. It’s not easy at first. You will feel like your dieing, you will experience a burning sensation in your chest, possibly a new sort of pain in your feet and legs and you might get a headache, every part of your body might protest against this new level of activity.

But after a few trips, your body will adjust, and the 15 miles that seemed impossible will soon be something you can easily manage. The first time you reach the goal you have set, you will be surprised how you feel.

Enjoy the Sun.

Modern-Men-MagazineWhen you are running outside you’ll be automatically blessed with a nice colour. And as I discussed with you guys in my article about the 4 dangers for your skin in the winter season, the sun is good for you.

For a Better Endurance

You feel tired, and the wind is blowing in your face. Your foot is hurting but you still keep running.

It was tough, but it was nothing! You kind of take the sexy “who cares” attitude on you.

Great Balance

When you are running outdoors, you have to avoid and deal with curbs, stones and other miscellaneous objects like dogs.  These changes in direction and speed will strengthen your balance.

Develop a Great Posture

If you run up straight and the right way, you’ll automatically lower your shoulders because your arms will help your body to pump energy into your steps/pace and you’ll also tilt your pelvis a little forward.

All of this will result in walking up strait with your head up in the air and it will and prolong your spine.
