Shaving your Balls Series Part 2: Knowing the Basics.

    Wednesday, March 26th, 2008

In part one I gave you 6 quick tips for shaving your balls because I know you probably couldn’t wait to pick up a razor and to do your thing;).

As I’ve told you the earlier article, scrotum shaving is not a thing to take lightly; it takes some patience and extra care to achieve the perfect results, which is of course, having a soft, itch-free scrotum.  When you start shaving your scrotum your skin down there is not as prepared compared to the skin on other parts of your body.  In fact the scrotum is where the most sensitive skin is located.

If you’re considering shaving your scrotum, get to know your skin type first.  It is strongly advised to stay away from this practice if you have a sensitive skin – unless you like itching and bad irritations after shave.  Having said that, let’s start with a few don’ts for shave time:

    ·         Don’t use an electric shaver

    ·         Don’t use wax

    ·         Don’t use chemicals to remove scrotum hair

What You Should Know About Sleep Disorders

    Saturday, March 1st, 2008

Everyone suffers from an occasional nightmare or sleepless night, but millions of Americans suffer from extremely severe sleep disorders that can negatively affect their health if left untreated. In fact, ninety-five percent of people suffering from such a disorder remain undiagnosed.

This staggering number means that a huge population of people aren’t getting the treatment they need. In this article, we’ll talk about sleep disorders to help you decide if you need medical help.

There are over one hundred different types of its disorders that can be classified into four categories. Insomnias include difficulty falling and staying asleep. Narcolepsy and apnea are examples of disorders that prevent people from staying awake. People suffering from jet lag or those who have trouble sleeping because of shift work are having a disturbance in their sleep/wake cycle.

People who experience sleepwalking or enuresis are experiencing interruptions associated with behavioral problems. Any condition in which your sleep doesn’t follow the typical phase cycle or doesn’t stay in each cycle for a sufficient period of time is a disruptive disorder.

Shaving your Balls Series Part 1: 6 Quick Tips.

    Tuesday, February 5th, 2008

Shaving your privates isn’t the easiest thing, you have to take your time for it and of course be gentle doing it. My guess is that you all agree on that. Pubic shaving is literally a sensitive matter.

The skin of your scrotum is very sensitive and is easily irritated and small wounds can occur pretty quick.

So that is why we are starting with the quick tips in this small miniseries. You probably can’t wait to start your big trim. In the next episodes I’ll explain the dos and don’ts more extensively.

    1.       Trim your hair before you start with your razor. The pubes are much harder and tougher, the razor blades tent to clog up easily which will result in skin irritation. First start with a simple scissor and if necessary a hair trimmer. The scissor will do just fine most of the time.

    2.       Take a warm shower or put a warm towel around your waist area. Warm temperatures open the pores and makes shaving a lot easier. You can also use a pre-shave oil which also feels good, be sure though to buy sensitive pre-shave oil.

5 Reasons Why You Should Start Running Part 2

    Thursday, January 24th, 2008

I hope you enjoyed our first article with the 5 reasons why you should start running because here are another 5 reasons why you should start.

Yes, I will and I can!

Ok, I won’t lie to you. It’s not easy at first. You will feel like your dieing, you will experience a burning sensation in your chest, possibly a new sort of pain in your feet and legs and you might get a headache, every part of your body might protest against this new level of activity.

But after a few trips, your body will adjust, and the 15 miles that seemed impossible will soon be something you can easily manage. The first time you reach the goal you have set, you will be surprised how you feel.

    Enjoy the Sun.

Modern-Men-MagazineWhen you are running outside you’ll be automatically blessed with a nice colour. And as I discussed with you guys in my article about the 4 dangers for your skin in the winter season, the sun is good for you.

Skin Care: The 4 Dangers of Winter!

    Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008

    Less Sunlight.

I can hear your think; to much sun isn’t good for you either! And that’s right! During the summer the number of skin syndromes or diseases like psoriasis and eczema is significantly less than in the winter. This is because of the UV-B in sunlight which helps to fight skin infections. I good remedy is use a good facial cream.

    Icy Wind

When you hang your clothes outside to dry you’ll get the best result when it’s windy. It’s the same with your skin. The more wind, the dryer your skin. The best solution, wear a stylish scarf and cloves to protect your skin.

    Lower Humidity

The central heating in your apartment is on which lowers the humidity and also the cold itself extracts any moist Modern-Men-pic1from the air. The solution for at home is to hang up water reservoirs near the central heating.

Be sure to check the humidity before you hang any water reservoirs in your home. The ideal relative humidity is about 50 percent. Is your apartment to moist with a humidity of about 70 percent than there’s a big chance for house dust mite and the development of fungus.
