Okay all you manly men you, jewelry is not only for women any longer. David Beckham has become world wide famous for his amazing skills as a soccer player, however, he is also famous for something else. David Beckham is also a jewelry designer.

He has made his mark in the world of men's jewelry and this is quite the accomplishment. He was the first man to wear diamond earrings that were two diamonds each. He is taken so seriously in the world of design, culture, and what's hot, that it was taken seriously. It allowed men to become more interested in jewelry.

His first attempt as a designer came at his pre-World Cup party. It was there that he put his men's jewelry on an incredible display. However, he could not do this alone. He was helped by Ashley Cole who is England's full back. He arrived in style, wearing a dinner jacket and no shirt underneath. Instead of a shirt, Cole displayed pieces of men's jewelry.

It was after this party that David Beckham then showed off his skills as a designer when he placed a diamond watch up for bit in auction for charity. The watch was created by a man named Jacob Arabo. He is a very talented designer as well. His jewelry was become popular not only with the help of Beckham but also because he pushes the envelope and creates beautiful pieces for men who want to wear jewelry.

It is thanks to these men that jewelry can be enjoyed by both of the sexes. The most trendy men in society today are found wearing beautiful jewelry and this allows the average man to feel more comfortable to do the same as well. It is acceptable for men to wear stylish necklaces, earrings, and bracelets, and that is not all. The old style of men with chest hair and gold chains has long passed. It is stylish and desirable for men to wear jewelry and as the trend continues more pieces and items are available as well as being more affordable.

Manufacturers of fine jewelry now have a whole new consumer list to attract and make products for. This will in turn make them more money and create a greater clientele base. It seems that this trend is not going to fizzle anytime soon and that creating and designing men's jewelry is quite a profitable excursion. So come on men, diamonds are for you too.

In part one I gave you 6 quick tips for shaving your balls because I know you probably couldn’t wait to pick up a razor and to do your thing;).

As I’ve told you the earlier article, scrotum shaving is not a thing to take lightly; it takes some patience and extra care to achieve the perfect results, which is of course, having a soft, itch-free scrotum. When you start shaving your scrotum your skin down there is not as prepared compared to the skin on other parts of your body. In fact the scrotum is where the most sensitive skin is located.

If you’re considering shaving your scrotum, get to know your skin type first. It is strongly advised to stay away from this practice if you have a sensitive skin – unless you like itching and bad irritations after shave. Having said that, let’s start with a few don’ts for shave time:

· Don’t use an electric shaver

· Don’t use wax

· Don’t use chemicals to remove scrotum hair

We could go on explaining why, but since this article is about the basics, please just take my advice. These pointers will make your scrotum happy.

Well, now that you are prepared for the shave task, start by taking a warm shower that will help open the scrotum pores so the hair comes out much easily when you start shaving. Dry very well, with a clean towel, and proceed to moisturize your scrotum before, it just takes some seconds with a good cream. Now you’re ready to grab the blade.

By the way, use always a new blade. A new razor blade will help you get the shaving job done in a pair of strokes, and that is what we need to avoid irritation. Ok, so now sit down legs wide open and with a nice view of our scrotum start shaving carefully. Shave like this: First shaving stroke with the grain, second shaving stroke against the grain. If you keep doing this you can end up with severe itching. Be sure to cover all areas of your scrotum.

When you’ve finished shaving, apply moisturizer, and baby powder. Like all first times it is not done 100% correctly, so baby powder can alleviate itching. With time your scrotum skin will be accustomed to shaving. Start by doing it once a week, until your skin is better. And remember, patience for shaving is the key!

I hope you’ll enjoy your shaved privates!! I’ll see you at the next article with tips on how to shave your balls.

I really can’t give any advice on new hair styles. I know what’s hot and what’s not but I’m (razor shaved) bold for more than 8 years now. Someone that is eligible for giving advice is Michael Barrows and he’s the author of this article. I hope you all enjoy it.

Today's man hair style can be either long and textured or super short and tight and still be considered trendy and at the height of fashion. Some men's hair styles require gel, mousse or pomade while others don't even need to be combed. The truth is that now more than ever there are numerous ways to achieve a stylish and trendy man hair cut. That means that there are a lot of different styles for men who are looking for the perfect man hair style to choose from.

While the man's hair style is less rigid than it was in the 80s and requires a lot less goo to accomplish, the modern man hair cut is still best served by a little styling. No, you do not need to spend hours in front of the mirror coaxing every strand into place, but a little gel never hurt any man's hair style that I know of.

Here are just a few of the latest trends in men's hair styles and how to style them:

Super short man's hair style. High and Tight, Fade, Spike, Clipper Cut and Crew Cut are just a few of the names given to the short man's hair cut. By far the most popular man's hair style is the High and Tight or Fade. Characterized by a closely cropped clipper cut around the sides and back of the head with just enough hair on top of the head to comb, this man's hair style with its many variations accounts for about 75 percent of all popular styles today. With just a little bit of gel to spike up the top, mess it up a little or finger into place, this man's hair style will only take you seconds to achieve. While you may have to get it cut more often, about every three weeks or so, the ease of styling this man hair cut is what makes it a favorite among busy men today.

Medium length, textured men's hair style. Today's styles for men have a lot of texture and the same is true for medium-length styles (about 3 to 4 inches). These styles resemble the classic man hair cut of the past, but step it up a notch by using extreme texture and color to bring it all together. Most styles use a great deal of razoring and texturizing with notching scissors. To style this man's hair style pomade usually works best. Work product through dry hair and finger into place.

Long man's hair style. While most men do not wear their hair down their back anymore, the long man's hair style has made a somewhat shorter comeback. Perhaps the most recognizable example that I can give of this men's hair style is Ashton Kutcher. Long, textured and disheveled, this man hair cut is gaining widespread popularity. Again, this man's hair cut requires a lot of texture and works best with pomade.

As you can see from these few examples, the man's hair style is far from boring. Gone are the days of cookie-cutter barber shop man hair cut. Here to stay is the trendy and styled cuts of today.

It is very natural to feel nervous when you decide to get your first tattoo. Most people say the initial first moment of the tattoo making is scary but then you quickly get relaxed and comfortable with the whole thing around it. Some people describe tattoo making somewhat resembles the sensation you feel at your first time shaving. You might undergo some discomfort or even pain for some days after you have left the tattoo shop, it demands a lot of care and time to show the final results.

Tattooing can be done in two different ways. One it is done with a stencil, you go to a tattoo shop, pick a design and they trace it on your skin and then do the permanent tattooing on it. Second popular way among the people is the customize way where no stencils are used and professionals make the designs freehand. Always assure you are in good hands. Ask friends for their feedback where they got their tattoo done. Look for some of the artist's finished work.

The reason for this article is that I love tattoos; whether it’s an angel tattoo or a Chinese symbol tattoo; I love tattoos. I’m the type of guy that can’t be placed in a box. I’m a modern man, an entrepreneur, a business man and before I became a problogger my most worn outfit was a suit. The last couple of years I have shaved my head and am I completely bold but before that I was loosing my hair and kinda looked like the stereotype business men (only a little bit bigger, I was a fighter;)). Underneath my suit I have 3 smaller tattoos and one large one on my back that took 3 sessions of in total 13 hours to put it up. I used to have several piercings too but the only one I’m currently wearing is my tongue piercing.

Anyway this wasn’t the reason for this article but the real reason for this article was that I was looking for inspiration for a new tattoo; I’m thinking of getting a new angel tattoo. What can I say; I love angels and angel tattoos. I already visited some piercing and tattoo shops here in the Netherlands but all without any luck. I see tattooing is an art form and I want a special one otherwise I’m not getting one. After my failed visits to the piercing and tattoo shops I decided to register at Crazy Tattoo and what a great site; they are such an inspiration. They have thousands of award winning designs and not only that; they also have more than 3,300 Chinese symbol tattoos.

It doesn’t matter if you are looking for an angel tattoo, a Koi tattoo or a Chinese symbol tattoo; Crazy Tattoo has them in their database. If you don’t trust their 100% satisfaction guarantee just look at their testimonials. Normally I ask quite a lot for a review;) but I hope they like this free advertising on the World of Modern Men but if you are looking for tattoo inspiration you better have a look there.

Please note: The pictures used are from my private collection and not from Crazy Tattoo, it is aloud to use the tattoo designs for personal use but it’s not allowed to publish them online.

Shaving your privates isn’t the easiest thing, you have to take your time for it and of course be gentle doing it. My guess is that you all agree on that. Pubic shaving is literally a sensitive matter.

The skin of your scrotum is very sensitive and is easily irritated and small wounds can occur pretty quick.

So that is why we are starting with the quick tips in this small miniseries. You probably can’t wait to start your big trim. In the next episodes I’ll explain the dos and don’ts more extensively.

1. Trim your hair before you start with your razor. The pubes are much harder and tougher, the razor blades tent to clog up easily which will result in skin irritation. First start with a simple scissor and if necessary a hair trimmer. The scissor will do just fine most of the time.

2. Take a warm shower or put a warm towel around your waist area. Warm temperatures open the pores and makes shaving a lot easier. You can also use a pre-shave oil which also feels good, be sure though to buy sensitive pre-shave oil.

3. Always use a good shaving cream instead of soap. I would advice to buy shaving cream for a sensitive skin.

4. Just like your beard; shave in the same direction as the direction you hair is growing and try to do it in not more than 3 or 4 strokes otherwise your shaving will result in irritation and razor bumps.

5. Use an exfoliation sponge to clean your skin. After shaving your dead cells must be removed from your skin.

6. Moisturizing is the final step. Recommended is using baby oil or aloe vera, but other moisturizers should work fine too.

And a bonus tip; if you are shaving your private for the first time; don’t overdo it. Once a week is just fine; your scrotum needs some adjusting.

Have fun with your bald parts!!

A while back I wrote two articles about investing in Whiskey or Wine and an article about investing in time by buying a quality watch. In the article about investing in time I wrote that you could find great and valuable deals at Sotheby’s and Christie’s. This weekend I ran into this press release with the following headlines.

RAISE YOUR SPIRITS THIS HOLIDAY SEASON AT CHRISTIE’S

First Auction of Spirits to be held in New York Since Prohibition

Looking at what they had to offer I was really surprised, they really had a great assortment. Unfortunately I had missed it because it was last weekend. Not that I had bought a bottle (maybe one of the cheaper ones) but it would have been nice if I could have followed it via the net (if that was possible).

Christie’s had in particular 3 auctions that where really amazing.

The first was a $54,000 bottle of Scottish Macallan. This whisky was distilled at Macallan in Scotland in 1926, bottled in 1986 and rebottled in 2002.

The second was a 100 lot auction of rare wines and liquors sold for $304,800.

The “showstopper” was a collection of 729 bottles of whisky. This collection was sold for $102,000.

Now I really know it for sure; I’m going to invest in whisky or wine.

I’m a sun lover and for me personal the winter has only one advantage above the summer and that’s that you can really dress to impress.

For me one of the nicest accessories is the scarf. Although you could have worn a thinner scarf as a fashion item last summer to, it is primarily a winter item.

If you want to dress to impress you need to know how to handle the accessories. Do you wear your scarf in a European formal way? Do you knot and flip it to the back? What’s your style?

Here’s a nice list with ways to wear your scarf. See what knot fits you style the best and bring your own image/style to a higher level.

Don’t you hate stuffed airplanes, no free space for your legs and delay’s when you’re off on a business trip or when you are going away for a holiday break? Flights especially long (international) flights can be a real pain in the ass. If you still want to enjoy your business trip follow the next list with tips and your flight experience will be much more enjoyable.

Drink a lot and stay hydrated.

If you don’t drink enough this might result in a having a terrible headache and this will really wreck your flight. Make sure to bring a bottle of water to drink throughout the flight. Do be aware of the airport security and buy it in the terminal past the airport security.

Make sure you’ll be entertained on board.

Most flights include movies so be sure to bring your earphones or buy one on board. There is a big chance that you’ve might have seen it so make sure you’re packed with other things to “play” with when your onboard. Some suggestions might be your Lap Top, iPod, Magazines, Books, DVD Player, travel games or a Newspaper.

Make sure you get the most comfortable chairs available.

Almost every major airline has a plane diagram available on their website where you can see in advance which are the more comfortable chairs onboard. If you know this in advance you can use this seat numbering in the (online) booking in your additional notes. If you are the first in requesting a seat with more space for your legs then you’ll receive the seat automatically. If you can’t find the plane diagram on the website be in front of the row when you are picking up your tickets (this is if you don’t have a digital ticket).

One other great but evil tip is this: I am a long guy, I’m 1.97 mtr. / 6.46 ft. and I use to travel a lot for work and pleasure. In Europe with the major airlines it is so that when you have length over 2 mtr / 6.56 ft. that you always get the best seats in airplanes. When I knew this I got myself a new passport for the costs of €45 / $66 and have in it mentioned that I’m 2.01 mtr. / 6.59 ft. Now I have premium and comfortable seats on all the flights that I’ll ever have for only $66. And btw, I also have much more “being long” discounts at amusements parks and other events/things like that. So if you are a little below 2 meters; be evil and get a new passport!!

Make sure you wear comfortable and breathable clothing and shoes.

It happened for me that I had a business appointment just after I would land with the plane and after having the appointment being on my way back again on the same day. If I had these days I would even wear comfortable jeans on the plane since I’m more comfortable in jeans than in a suit. I always change my clothes as soon as I arrive on the airport. Comfortable clothes are the key for a comfortable trip!

Bring Items to keep your long flight comfortable.

To be honest I mostly lake in bringing these items because I’m always in a hurry and forget these but some other thing that can be very handy to bring are Lip Balm, Kleenex, antibacterial wipes and If you plan to do any sleeping, an eye mask, earplugs, and neck pillow are essential.

Do some exercises in your seat.

If you sit for four hours in the same seat in the same position you’ll need to have a crane to lift you out of your seat. There are some easy exercises for you to do on your flight to stay fit.

Cross your legs. Rotate the dangling foot in as wide a circle as possible. Continue until tired.

Arch your torso gently backward and forward like a cat.

Flex your gluteus muscles and hold for as long as possible. Squeezing your rear like this may occasion strange glances, but these muscles are the biggest in the human body and need to be exercised, too.

Place your hands on your armrests and raise your knees slowly (together is harder than one at a time) toward your chin. Lower them slowly. Repeat until tired.

Plant your heels firmly and raise your toes as high as possible. Hold for five seconds, and relax. Repeat until tired.

Squeeze a tennis ball, a racquetball or even a pair of socks with your hands until they're tired.

Stretch your neck by keeping your chin close to your throat and tilting your head forward. Roll your head from one shoulder to the other, but avoid rotating it backward.

Keep the balls of your feet planted and raise your legs using your calf muscles. If this is too easy, place your carry-on bag on your knees. Continue until tired.

Flex your trapezius muscles by doing shoulder hunches. Lower your shoulders, and then raise them up toward your ears into a shrug. Hold for five seconds. Continue until tired.

I hope you’ll enjoy these tips and if you are a long men, don’t forget to get a new passport. Trust me on this, you’ll thank me later.

You’ve probably know that I’m thinking about investing some Money in some good bottles of Whiskey or Wine. If you didn’t know that; here’s the article Invest in Whiskey or Wine. Before you spend your money on what might be junk stocks, you better read up and learn more about your possible investments.

During my search for more information about whiskey I formed this list with great and interesting facts that I didn’t knew before. I hope you’ll like them.

There are more than 5000 types of Single Malt Whisky?

Did you know why whisky can be written with an e and without? In schotland they write Whisky without the e and in Ireland they write Whiskey with an e. In the US, in Canada and in Japan they write whiskey both ways, with or without an e.

Whisky is only allowed to be called Whisky when it matured for a minimum of 3 years in oak casks?

Single Malt Whisky comes from a single distillery and a single grain but possible kept maturing in multiple casks?

Blended Whisky is called Blended Whisky because of the mixture of Grain Whisky with multiple Single Malt Whisky’s.

Did you know that 90 percent of the Single Malt Whisky’s comes from Scotland?

Did you know why experts always advice to drink Single Malt Whisky pure or with a tiny bit of water on room temperature? This is because of the maturing process that has taken place in oak casks for 10 – 15 years. If you drink it with ice or mix it with another drink this whole process was useless.

A Whisky isn’t maturing anymore once he’s bottled. The age of the Whisky mentioned on the bottle is the correct age. If it says 10 years it means that the youngest Whisky matured for a minimum period of 10 years on oak casks.

A closed bottle of Whisky can be kept for more than 100 years and it’s still good to drink. Once it is opened and it’s half full you can save it for about 5 years. If it’s containing less, than drink it and don’t save it.

The world’s most expensive whisky is Macallan 1926. There are still 40 bottles left that are 60 years old. The price per bottle is $62.000.

Cheers guys!!
