Drink Chocolate milk to fall a sleep?
False: Cacao contains caffeine, the substance that keeps you awake like no other. It’s much better to drink a cup of hot milk. Milk contains the calming substance Tryptophan. The milk with the most Tryptophan is Lactation.
Hot tea when you have a fever?
Absolutely: Your body needs water or liquids when your temperature is going up. The hotter the tea, the faster it gets absorbed by the body. When you have a fever it’s best to drink Thyme (kills the germs), Lime (makes you sweet) and Chamomile/Mayweed (fights of infections).
Honey and Milk helps a sore throat?
True: Certain sugars in the honey will fight of the sick making microorganisms. Because of this the sick making microorganisms have no feeding ground to live of. The proteins and vitamins in the milk will help your more quickly to recover.
Coffee Addictive?
Absolutely: If you drink coffee to much this can result in shacking hands or other nervous signs when you’re not drinking coffee. A mass consumer who is sleeping out late can wake up with a huge headache. And btw, this will be gone after a cup of coffee.
Hot lemon when you have the flu?
Absolutely: Not only is this citrus fruit full of vitamin C that can enlighten your cold but hot lemon will also help your body to clear out all the sick making germs and bacillus.
