When you are getting older, your body needs less sleep. If you have sleeping problems try to exercise but not within 3 hours before going to bed. Don’t nap, don’t eat and develop a bedtime routine.
How many times do you suffer from back pains?
A. Never
B. Maybe once a year.
C. When I pick up a beer, I’m already feeling it in my back.
With the years the flexibility of the muscles reduces. Research shows that when stretching each muscle group for 30 seconds a day, your flexibility and strength increase is already gaining in 6 weeks.

Research shows that men who have sex at least four times a week that they look at least ten years younger. So, the key for looking younger is having sex!!

A. Nose hair trimmer and moisturizer.
B. Anti Dandruff shampoo, fluoridated mouth water and a bar of soap.
C. You mean the side pocket of my backpack?
Take care of your body! Proper maintenance might not be the key for looking young but it sure is essential. Cut the hairs in your ears and nose! Use a sun protection crème to prevent skin damage and use moisturizer to hydrate your skin.
If you have a problem at work, what do you do?
A. My colleagues and I start a brainstorming session till we find a solution.
B. I use a method that worked in the past.
C. I scream at humanity that was already ruined a long time ago.
Creative thinking stimulates the brains and enlarges your body’s battle against becoming an elderly. Try to think out of the box and develop new strategies.
