This is how you can get her to watch sports, 7 tips.

Don’t you guys love sports?? Sport is great! Sport has everything a men need. It has drama, passion, action, blood and it’s interested and intriguing. I ask you; isn’t this what women need or want in life?? Yes I thought so but how come that we are mainly watching sports by ourselves??

My guess is that they don’t have a clue why we are so excited about sports. If you want her by your site; you’ll need to teach her what sport is about!

Here are some tips that you might need if you don’t want to spend your Sunday nights alone on the couch watching TV.

You need to teach her to appreciate to game and players.

To her it might look easy if Sam Schilt wins the K1 or when Giggs scores the winning goals for Man United but we know it isn’t easy at all. Explain to her how these professionals train 6 days a week to be the best in their field. They need to be on top of their game 24/7.

Tell her that they are really are nice guys.

Don’t tell her about David Beckham cheating on his wife. No, tell her what a good father he is. Tell her about the good causes their supporting and that they really want to make a difference in the world.

Show her the harmonious relationship between players and teams.

If I’m watching K1 kickboxing, all my girl is seeing is two guys bashing in each others head. I think this is awesome but my girl is seeing this differently. Tell her that the guys are hugging each other at the end of the game and that this is only in the ring. Tell her that the fighters are probably having drinks later on but that there is now rivalry between them.

The players are connecting because of the sport and because of the connection that they have, they now have a harmonious relationship build on trust. What do you think of this line;) hehehe

Explain the rules.

If you can’t show her by playing a friendly game, then simply explain it to her. It is a fact that most women have no clue what they are watching, and we can’t blame theme. I don’t know the rules for field hockey or another (women) sport. If you explain to her the rules you’ll have much more chance that she will start appreciating your love.

Answer all her questions patiently and nice.

If she’s doing her best she might come up with some “stupid” questions or she’ll ask for things you’ve explained her already several times. Be patient guys, appreciation for the game isn’t created in a minute.

Take her with you to a game.

Invite her to watch you play or take her to see a professional game. This is great for her learning the rules. She might pick up a bit of your enthusiasm for the game. And you might even get lucky at night if she’s seeing you sweet and being aggressive towards your opponents. Don’t be to aggressive though;)

And if these 6 tips aren’t working, this is the last option.

Normally sports isn’t about compromising but hé you want her to watch sports. Tell her you’ll do something she’ll likes doing. You can take her to the movies and go see that crappy Leonardo DiCaprio or Hugh Grant chick movie.

If you don’t feel like compromising, than go to the fridge, grab a cold beer, shut up and enjoy the game.
